Iv used the app 3 times a week for 5+ years

This is a fantastic ap, however after each session an alert comes up and they want to try to sell you something or tweet about your session. This is extremely annoying and makes the phone stay awake. please fix this issue and I will gladly change my review to 5 stars. Its annoying enough to dock 2 stars.
