Ive used this app for years off and on. I decided to try the weight loss and motivation for success recordings almost every night while I fall asleep. Im not sure how much this has been a factor, but Ive lost 35 pounds in the year Ive been doing this. I find that I have no desire to eat super fatty foods and I have a drive to be successful losing weight, but also in other things. I am not somebody who loses weight easily at all...this 35lbs in a year is a healthy weight loss and its happened with no struggle or real major exercise. I really think its just me choosing better foods. Ive never listened to the recording while "with it" and awake before...so not even sure whats in it. I just know the intro puts me to sleep, this thing runs through both recordings and Ive lost weight
