Relax+ with Andrew Johnson App Reviews

Just as the title says! Andrew has an app unlike any other, the recordings are very helpful. The recent update causes it to crash all the time. :(

I use to use this app everyday but now it keeps crashing. Please can you fix it.

Update April 2016: They still have not addressed any of these issues for almost 6 months. The app wont even open anymore. For the people who rely on this tool, the negligence doesnt inspire a lot of confidence. Great app, Andrew does a good job albeit some very short and generic (and sometimes even lower quality audio) sessions, but I really dont mind supporting them as much as I can as its usually a very helpful app! The real downside is the last few buggy updates, as well as a very unhelpful solution for a simple fix offered by Andrew and his team. Ive purchased basically every one of the in app purchases throughout the years, but every new update I need to reinstall every single app Ive purchased outside of this one to restore the in app purchases of relax +. If that sounds confusing, its because it is, and very frustrating. The least Andrew and his team could do is offer some kind of deal to unlock them all within the app for convenience sake for those who supported them throughout the years. This is just painful coming back to an app that consistently crashes as well as needing to reinstall everything which takes hours, and needing to find all the ones I purchased outside of this app that coincide with the ones offered here to unlock them again. Love the work theyve done, and the suggestion they took from me a long time ago to have a repeat function so you can play this app in the background throughout the night, which was at first dismissed, but apparently they saw market for it down the road. Ive recommended this app to almost everyone I know, so all in all Id say Ive done my part as a loyal customer and its high time they reciprocate a little.

Its been a long time now since that app had worked properly. Like many others here, Ive spend a lot of money on this app and want to be reimbursed if its not going to work anymore. Very disappointed: I use to buy everything from Andrew Johnson but will now think twice before buying anything else. Feeling cheated some how!

Other than the app crashing each time I swipe it closed, its great. Deleting and re-downloading after each session is quite frustrating. I really wish they would fix the issue.

Really like this app but so annoyed it keeps hanging and crashing on start up. Every few weeks I have to delete and reinstall.

Used to love this for personal and work- run relaxation groups. No longer can as app crashes EVERY TIME I OPEN IT!! What the heck?? Fix this please!!

I absolutely love all of the tracks and have purchased them all over time. However, the app crashes more than it works and it is very frustrating. I used to be able to fall asleep to this every night. Now Im lucky to get it to work once a week after attempting several dozen times to launch the app. Would otherwise give 5 stars.

I use this app every night to help me get to sleep. I had never had and issues with it in the past year or so that Ive used it. This new update crashes it as soon as its launched. Please fix.

Please fix this app. It wont open after the new update. Shows the load screen then crashes!!

The update that fixed the crashes for some users? Now it causes my phone to crash. The app will not open. After a minute it crashes but you can see the play screen if you double click the home button. Try to play that way? It freezes. Unable to ask for support as the app wont open. Rinse and repeat.

I used this a lot if the time, especially when I couldnt sleep or to help with other goals. Now after it updated it just crashes. Please fix this ASAP!

I hope they fix it soon. I rely heavily on this app for relaxation and pain relief. Its my number one app behind music.

I used to love this app. Since the update, it no longer works. My phone freezes up when I try to open the app.

New Update now crashes out upon loading. Please Fix...

Was quite dismayed to discover at 3:30AM that my app no longer works after the update. If I delete and reinstall, will I lose my previously purchased tracks? I adore the app, when it actually works.

Just did this last update and now the screen is frozen with just the logo. I love this App. Please fix!

Yet another example of fixing something that wasnt broken. Good job, geniuses...the app no longer opens. Freezes right up. Now you have something that needs fixing.

Some update earlier in November screwed the app all up. Its now unusable. Was a favorite before that.

This app is such an important part of my life, it worked really well for me So I was sad when the latest update made it crash. I tweeted Andrew and he replied with the fix. Just delete the app and download again from the App Store. Voila, after restoring and downloading my purchases, the app works perfectly. All is well.
