I love this app, but it keeps crashing!! please fix it

I absolutely love this app! I have purchased SEVERAL of the shorter ones, however THIS one has always been my favorite. It suddenly stopped working, quite some time ago...and it has yet to be fixed! Not cool...not cool at all.

This app, like all of Andrews apps, is really relaxing and effective. This makes everything very convenient. The ability to control the length of your session an the topics covered makes it well worth the few bucks you have to pay. I paid $175 for a onsite hypnosis session to quit smoking a couple years back (from a local therapist). It worked, but Andrews apps are just as effective and way cheaper :-)

LOVE this app! Its simply amazing. The downside is the number of crashes which is about 3 times over the past few weeks. Please fix the bugs.

I love this app and have used and enjoyed many of the tracks! There are so many great options to listen to and they have helped me a lot. I used to have such a hard time sleeping at night and this program has helped me so much. I fall asleep quickly and sleep better then I have in long time. Thank you!

I love this app and have been using for a couple years. Oe of the most useful things I have encountered all my life. Improvement: Please add fire sounds as an option to the background songs.

I just did several in app purchases and now I cant use them because the app keeps crashing. Please fix your app so I can enjoy it again

This app was great so others were purchased. However, they apparently must be repurchased to place item that was bought onto another device that is linked to the same account. RIP OFF

Ive had purchases disappear from the app. When looking at available tracks to re-download they are no longer listed as available. No recent update. What on earth, Relax+??? I loved your app but am beyond frustrated.

I love this app! I listen to it most nights to help me fall asleep and it works like a charm!!! However, it mustve caught a if recently because suddenly it no longer will fully load to open. The app ends up just kicking out back to the main screen of my phone! Please fix it! I love this app!

I love the Andrew Johnson meditations that Ive purchased. Recently I contacted them about a problem, and their customer service was outstanding. A man named Mike responded quickly. We exchanged several emails & when the problem could not be resolved, he gave me a promo code for a free app. I was very pleased with his response time & communication. My only request would be to credit people who have purchased many apps in the past towards the "unlock all" feature. Since Ive bought around 13 Andrew Johnson apps, I have invested quite a bit. All in all, Im very pleased with the apps & pleasantly surprised by their excellent customer service.

I do a session before I fall asleep and after I wake up. It is a wonderful app, very helpful.

I thoroughly enjoy Mr Johnsons voice & technique. His choice of words are soothing. He makes it easy to relax and fall asleep. I really cant think of any downsides to say about his tracks. Im not having any technical problems with the app, but I dont believe that Im listening to the same app.

I love this app but it keeps freezing when I click on it and wont start. I have used it for over a year. Pls fix this.

Sound balancing was fixed. Andrews voice is great, and sessions are many. I like taht you can have up to 3 sessions per meditation that can be mixed and matched, as well as 1) multiple induction choices, 2) multiple background music/sound choices, and 3) a sleep or awake ending choice.

This app is great so its getting five stars, but sometimes it wont open and bugs out. I have other apps with Andrew Johnson so I switch to those when it doesnt work, but this has been happening a lot lately, hope it gets fixed soon!

Please fix! This is one of my favorite apps but recently every time I go to start it, it crashes. I bought quite a few of the in app purchases for a variety of tracks so not at all happy right now. Used to be a 5 star app for me but now completely worthless.
